This PR renames the
unexpectedmacro tocondition_unlikely. Because C++23 reintroduces the namestd::unexpected<E>, this change is needed to remove the possibility of clashing with the standard on later versions.condition_unlikelyseems like a more reasonable name, because rather than implying that it should never be expected, it indicates what the hot paths ([[likely]]/[[unlikely]]attributes) are.CXXFLAGS += -D_GLIBCXX_USE_DEPRECATED=0was done originally to eliminate the deprecatedstd::unexpected()(deprecated in C++11 and removed in C++17). Because the macro has been renamed, this is no longer needed.
